We are seeking Technical Customer Support Reps that are Bilingual French and English to assist clients with their set up and support of their cell phones.
You are technical and enjoy helping people with their mobile devices, hardware software and our website.
You are able to help on the phone, by chat, text or email.
Location: - Central East Montreal - Major cross streets - Ontario St and Avenue Desjardins
Note: During the Covid-19 Social Distancing Rules:
1. We will interview by phone.
2. You will work from your home
3. We will courier you a new laptop and phone equipment
4. Once rules relaxed you may be asked to come work from the office.
Languages: - You must speak, read and write ENGLISH and FRENCH!.
In this position, you will assist customers calling in with their technical assistance needs
Must have the ability to work various shifts and work schedules
