Roles & Responsibilities:

Our Residential Plumber is an integral member of the plumbing installation team, from the initial DWV rough in, gas, water distribution, hydronic heating and fixtures in new residential homes. Our service range from installations on starter homes to custom built residences. Our Residential Plumbers are highly efficient with a focus on quality control. Working independently, yet with supervision, demonstrating excellent time management skills, the Residential Plumber produces high quality work and that reflects ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Drain, waste, and vent
• Waterline Distribution systems
• Fixtures
• Installing hydronic heating
• Gas-fitting
• Install tankless water heaters, hot water tanks, boilers
• Reading and following blueprints

Qualifications:

• Journeyperson ticket (will consider 3rd or 4th year apprentice with residential construction experience )

• Ability to problem solve and diagnose

• Class 5 driver’s license

• Effective communication skills

• Self & time management skills
• Ability to complete scope of the job on a day-to-day basis
