Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate plant activities through planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Review production / quality trends, communicate and make recommendations to president and initiate cost-effective actions
- Possess and effectively apply intellect, judgment and management skills to achieve desired business performance results
- Manage, coach and mentor a team of 50+ employees
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in the manufacturing management sector
- Bachelor’s degree in production management, business administration, or mechanical engineering
- Leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate others
- Ability to meet deadlines while under pressure and effectively handle a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
