Job Responsibilities:
-
Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on a variety of vessels and systems
-
Deliver efficient, high-quality service that meets company standards and customer timelines
-
Recommend ways to improve job efficiency and profitability

Ensure thorough diagnostics are completed prior to beginning any job

Communicate clearly with service advisors and clients

Work safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
-
College degree or technical certifications (ABYC, manufacturer-specific) preferred
-
4+ years of experience as a marine technician (leisure and commercial)
-
Strong general technician skills; marine electrical, mechanical, rigging, and propulsion experience preferred

Ability to maneuver vessels with or without auxiliary propulsion is a plus
-
Valid driver’s license
Schedule & Compensation:
-
Full-time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)

Occasional overtime may be available

Hourly wage based on experience, plus monthly bonus opportunities
