Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical phone support to existing customers by using appropriate troubleshooting methods and procedures
  • Providing customers with the highest level of service/satisfaction by ensuring efficient and timely responses to issues while maintaining a professional and positive demeanour at all times
  • You must be able to listen carefully, express ideas clearly and converse comfortably with customers while being patient and empathetic to their issues and concerns
  • Have the patience to work through technical issues with non-technical customers

Requirements:


  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must work well independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be computer literate
  • Ability to deal professionally with irate customers
  • Must have previous call center experience

College degree is an asset.
