Technical Support Representative
Location: Toronto, ON

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Providing technical phone support to existing customers by using appropriate troubleshooting methods and procedures
- Providing customers with the highest level of service/satisfaction by ensuring efficient and timely responses to issues while maintaining a professional and positive demeanour at all times
- You must be able to listen carefully, express ideas clearly and converse comfortably with customers while being patient and empathetic to their issues and concerns
- Have the patience to work through technical issues with non-technical customers
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must work well independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be computer literate
- Ability to deal professionally with irate customers
- Must have previous call center experience
College degree is an asset.
