Family Law Clerk – Maternity leave contract
Salary: $50K

Primary Duties Include:
  • Review financial statements provided by other parties
  • Complete all documents for uncontested divorce
  • Prepare for affidavit of documents, pleadings briefs and disclosure briefs
  • Calendar and schedule management
  • Maintaining frequent contact with clients

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Family Law experience
  • Requires a thorough working knowledge of DivorceMate and PC Law software’s
  • Law Clerk diploma
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Accomplished writing abilities
  • Excellent technical skills (including MS Office)
