We’re looking for a dynamic, reliable Office/Accounting Administrator to join our team and undertake a range of responsibilities.
We are offering an exciting opportunity in a growing Trailer Service and Rental Company in Bradford, Ontario.
Duties to include:
- Processing Accounts Payable.
- Processing Inside Service Invoices.
- Recording Daily Deposits.
- Customer Service.
- Mail Distribution.
- Customer Inquiries and General Quotes.
- File Management.
- Maintain Office Supplies.
- Maintain Postage Meter.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Experience in Navision would be an asset.
- 2 to 5 years Accounting Experience.
- Data Entry (60 wpm).
- Communication Skills (verbal and written).
- Flexibility and Willingness to Learn.
