We are now looking to hire for an Administrative and Personal Assistant to the Sales Manager – Full time

We require an Admin Assistant to support our sales manager with all admin functions including the following:

  • Filing
  • Setting up interviews
  • Writing job postings
  • Writing correspondence
  • Following up with vendors
  • The preparation of training material
  • Screening calls
  • Setting up peoples voicemails and computers
  • Reviewing budgets and financial statements and making recommendations
  • Creating spreadsheets
  • Creating power point presentation
  • Running errands and picking up supplies
  • Making coffee and ordering food for meetings
  • Attending trade shows and manning the booth
You must have the following skills:

  • Ability to build and manage a filing system
  • Excellent computer and technical skills including setting up email and hooking up new computers
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to write good correspondence both in email and letter format
  • Must be able to build and edit PowerPoint presentations
  • Speak, read and write fluent English
  • Ability to multi task without making errors
  • The understanding of budgeting and financial statements
  • Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
Must have a vehicle to run some errands

This is a very busy position so you must be a multi-tasker

This position is located in the Derry / Dixie Rd area of Mississauga.
Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday however some early mornings and late evenings required.
Starting pay is $26,000 annually
