Our client is currently looking for an Lead hand Machinist with great leadership and vast knowledge in maintenance and repair of field and Industrial hydraulic components.

Our client serves the Canadian Western Provinces and the U.S. Pacific Northwest, maintaining a full service Hydraulic Cylinder repairs / Welding & Fabrication / Hydraulic Pump motors / Valve Repair / Hard Chrome plating with other general machining.


Must have Qualities :

  • 15-20 years in the Industry
  • Must have knowledge of Fagor and Fanuc operating systems ,
  • Operations of Manual machines ( not production )
  • Strong leadership qualities to train and mentor
  • Ability to quote jobs and maintain operations
  • Quality minded, long term thinker

Must have the ability and desire run it like you owned the business.

It is a 12hour day 7days a week, working on a weekly rotation of 3 days on / 4 days off
