Our Guelph client is seeking Contract Administrator for a three month contract. We are currently accepting resumes from qualified candidates who have experience preparing, reviewing, modifying, amending and negotiating contract agreements.
This position works closely with the Finance and Purchasing department and is three day per week. Those with in-depth knowledge developing contracting documents, pre-qualifying and evaluation criteria, tendering plans and providing information to bidders will be considered.
Responsibilities involve preparation of contract documents, entering information into the computer, identifying discrepancies and complying with project contracting standards and specifications. Participation in other assigned projects will be required.
The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, detail oriented and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in business, finance or related field is required. Those with public sector experience will be given priority consideration.
