The Job Summary
Reporting to the VP of Finance you will be responsible for strategic and operational finance support and reporting. You will lead a team of three who handle corporate and management reporting.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage monthly internal financial consolidation and reporting cycles 
• Communicate reporting timelines to all global sites
• Ensure reporting is on time and complete
• Oversee month end, actual vs. budget, trending commentary, etc.
• Manage annual year end audit process
• Research accounting issues, conclude on appropriate treatment, and document for internal files

What you Need

• CA  with 4+ years firm experience, 6+ years industry experience
• Experience with consolidated financial statement preparation
• Multi currency reporting and consolidation and month end reporting cycles
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience accounting for acquisitions
• Worked with Hyperion, Oracle, SAP or similar
• Experience managing quarterly and annual financial reporting with audit requirement
• Experience preparing financial statements
• Operational financial reporting (Controllership) experience a strong asset
• Experience with Merger & Acquisitions an asset
• Leadership skills and ability to influence
