We are seeking Automotive Oil & Lube and Tire Change Technicians for our Winnipeg location. Experience preferred but will train.

The location is on St James St at Portage Ave in Winnipeg by Polo Park.  You must be able to get to work daily on time to this location.

This is an amazing job for anyone who likes working on cars and likes working with people.

You will be the tech assigned to a vehicle. You will inspect the vehicle and then make recommendations to the vehicle owner of what services should be performed.

You then will perform the services to the highest of standards.

The client when paying their bill will provide a review, and based on that review and the services performed, you earn a bonus on every client. You are incentivized to provide an exceptional experience.

You can be earning in excess of $60,000 annually within a few months.

Job Description:

• Perform Oil, Lube and Filter changes.
• Perform Tire Balancing and Rotations.
• Install and Mount Tires.
• Conduct courtesy checks on vehicles.
• Perform under-hood checks.
• Communicate necessary repair recommendations to customers.

Compensation Package

• Hourly Pay of $16 to $21 per hour based on experience.

Schedule:

• 40, 35 and 30 hour work weeks available.
• We work in 5 and 10 hour shifts.
• Shifts are 8am to 1pm and 1pm to 6pm.
• We are open 7 days per week – Biggest bonuses earned on weekends.
• Overtime is available.

Base pay based on experience. We will train handy hardworking individuals. New immigrants welcome however your English must be very strong.

Weekends and overtime are not required, but highly recommended to allow you to hit your income goals.

No drivers licence is required. Clients move their own vehicles.
