CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Follow FIFO (First in First Out)
- Sorting materials according to LOT #’s.
- Fill ingredient hopper bins and hook up totes
- Receive bulk, boxed, tote and bagged ingredients and packaging. Entering into SAP.
- Load and unload shipping loads
- When required act as a backup for the main receiver
- Conduct inventory of raw material and packaging daily
- Complete lot tracking records, receiving, tailings, and screen checks
- Perform CIP of the yeast tank. Inspect and clean liquid screens
- Participate in food safety/ health and safety inspection
- Able to lift up to 50lbs repetitively.
- Comply with all applicable legislative and company food safety, health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed grade 12 or equivalent
- Fork lift license required
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
SHIFT AND HOURS
- Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday
- 3:00 pm- 11:00 pm
- Hours may be adjusted to meet operational need
