We are presently seeking a Courier (Radio) Dispatcher to join our team for our location in Markham, Ontario.

Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM shift

Responsibilities:

• Update and/or dispatch orders through dispatch board on Courier Complete
• Ensure delivery time is met, monitoring drivers, and quality control for our services
• Respond to customers inquiries via email and telephone as required
• Being able to provide information on services
• Complete daily reports

Requirements:

• 1+ year of Courier Dispatch Experience (Taxi Dispatchers is an asset)
• Strong knowledge of the GTA
• Eager to learn
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong computer skills, including email, and Google Maps
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively unsupervised
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong team player must be flexible to work with.
