Role & Responsibilities:

• Applicants must have good organizational and communication skills.
• Able to perform cleaning duties
• Monitor building systems, perform small repairs & paint
• Track inventory and liaise with residents, repair contractors, and property manager.

Position suitable for an individual or a couple. 

Non-smoker, no pets please.

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability
