This position will include Shift Work.

We are a vertically integrated wild blueberry farming/processing company and a major producer of frozen carrot products and battered vegetables.

We operate on Natural Gas, two CleaverBrooks Firetube Boilers that are each 500hp.

Responsibilities

• Day to day operations
• Production Operations – Freezing Tunnels Startup & Defrosting
• Cold Storage Operations
• Assist Refrigeration Mechanic’s with minor repairs
• Follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner
• Maintain good housekeeping standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Work independently without supervision
• Attention to detail while maintaining a sense of urgency
• Work various shifts Monday through Sunday

Job Requirements

• Power Engineering Technology Diploma and or 4^th Power & 2^nd Refrigeration
• Experience in an industrial environment would be considered an asset
