BOOKKEEPER
We are a distribution company located in Mississauga. We require a Full-time Bookkeeper to work at this location 4-5 days a week.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling of a full set of bookkeeping and accounting functions including HST filing, WSIB
- Bank and credit card accounts reconciliation.
- Maintain general ledger, accounts payable and receivable
- responsible for payroll bi-weekly and income statements
- Balance sheet accounts analysis.
- Reviewing, coding and processing payments.
- Managing office duties, including correspondence, document filing and answering the phones
- Booking and managing all crossborder shipments (willing to train the right candidate)
- Prepare customs documentation including but not limited to commercial invoices, CUSMAN's and HS code classifications ( willing to train the right candidate)
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 3-5 years of experience required.
- Computer literacy a must, especially Quickbooks and Excel.
- Excellent organization, communication skills plus good decision-making and problem-solving skills.

SHIFT:
- Mon-Fri, 8am – 4.30pm, ½ an hour Lunch
