The TCS Group of Companies has an opening for a Full-Time Customer Support Specialist within our busy, expanding, third-party logistics organization.

Trenton Cold Storage offers customized cold storage, temperature-controlled warehousing, and distribution since 1902. With seven warehouse facilities in Ontario and two in Alberta, Trenton Cold Storage provides Canada with more than 32,000,000 cubic feet of cold storage and refrigerated warehouse space. The Customer Support Specialist position is based in Trenton, Ontario.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between the customer and warehousing operations
• Coordination/ setting appointments for all inbound and outbound loads
• Enter data into the computer, monitor inventory, create reports, release product, answer customer and warehouse inquiries using computer, fax, telephone and email
• Other duties as assigned

• Secondary School Diploma
• Excellent communication skills

• Interpersonal/people skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• The ability to retain information/learn effectively
• Excellent computer and data entry skills (Excel/Outlook/Word)
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
• Intense visible, listening, and mental attentiveness required daily

Hours of Work:
• 10:30am - 7:00pm Monday- Friday. Hours may vary based on customer needs. Extra hours may be required as well as overtime and weekend work
