A worldwide manufacturing company of blow-molded plastic bottles and containers is seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, with potential towards an outside sales opportunity, for our Cleveland, OH. facility.  We are a growing company, with top-notch employees and we are looking to add to our dynamic team. 

The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for daily interaction with Sales Reps and Customers providing information on orders, production schedules, shipping details, samples, etc. and help to resolve customer complaints.

  • A minimum of 4 - 6 years Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment is required for this position.  *Top pay for those with 7+ years experience
  • Sales Data Management experience using an ERP system (C2open, SAP, IQMS)
  • Expediting supplier orders required to meet customer demands
  • Scheduling trucks and working with ASNs
  • Experience Assisting with related Project Management
  • Ability to resolve pricing and inventory receipt discrepencies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Extremely detailed oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • 2 years computer entry w/high accuracy
  • Excellent attendance history
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Day Shift: M-F

$35k to $45k (*increased starting salary for CSR's with 7+ years of manufacturing experience!)
